Tamra Wade selected as "Who's Who in Atlanta Real Estate"

tamra_wade_fullTamra Wade may be a Realtor, but making dreams come true is her real business. “I love new homes,” she explains, “and my goal is to meet the needs of Atlanta-area homebuyers even as I help create money-saving solutions for builders.” This approach to her work has made Tamra Wade and Partners a leading real estate firm. In this year alone, her company has been named the No. 1 RE/MAX team in Georgia (an honor it also received in 2014), the No. 9 RE/MAX team in the U.S. and the No.17 RE/MAX team in North America. Moreover, the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR) named Tamra Wade and Partners the No. 1 Mega Team among top producers in its 2014 Million Dollar Club. That same year, the firm ranked first for new home sales in North Atlanta while it placed on the REAL Trends’ “The Thousand,” a list of the country’s best real estate agents.

Wade began her career in the auto industry. She transitioned to real estate 15 years ago as an on-site sales agent for a new home community. Her knack for selling quickly led to Wade managing several communities for one builder simultaneously, and then to the launch of her own real estate company. Now with more than 40 professionals on board, Tamra Wade and Partners markets and supervises sales of more than 30 communities for nine of the state’s premier private builders. “We stay on top of every detail, from the initial startup of the project to the sales transaction,” she explains, and the results of that diligence and dedication are evident. Wade and her team sold 391 homes last year that equaled nearly $100 million in total dollar volume.

But that is the kind of success that has become the hallmark of Wade’s career. Since becoming a Realtor in 1999, Wade has expertly marketed and sold hundreds of homes, including single-family and multifamily projects, active adult properties, and green and energy-efficient residences. Furthermore, her clients have included both first-time and luxury buyers. But regardless of budget, Wade and her team are committed to making certain that everyone they help purchase a home is satisfied with their decision and the support that they receive from contract to closing.

A member of the Georgia Chapter of Professional Women in Building, Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and NAMAR, this mother of four and stepmother of three draws inspiration from her family, even as she pays that motivation forward through her work. “I always want to create a positive and collaborative environment for my team, especially because I realize that the world of real estate slows down for no one!” she laughs. “My approach is to stay calm no matter what, and to rely on knowledge and experience to drive solutions. That’s always worked for me, so I hope it encourages others, too, regardless of what life brings.”
