I recently obtained my Florida Real Estate Brokers license.As a Realtor I have successfully sold and managed over 50 communities in the metro Atlanta area to include grand openings and close out communities with both national and local builder partners. I graduated college with a degree in International Business. My Real Estate training includes a short sale certification and REO training-Bank Owned Properties and Broker Price Opinions with several asset managers.I specialize in new home construction and seller sales and marketing.My background includes 10 years at Hilton Hotels as a group sales manager and eight years at Bellsouth Mobility as a customer service manager and trainer.I studied finance and insurance with Primerica and received my life insurance license.I married my high school sweetheart and have 3 sons. My family is originally from Long Island, NY and we have lived in the Atlanta area for 30 years.When I am not listing properties and selling new construction I enjoy my friends and family,biking the Belt Line or Panola State Park.
