Despite recent real estate and mortgage challenges as well as the spike in the renters market, I believe that home ownership remains to be the American dream and one of the best investments a person can make in their lifetime. When I took a new job in the Atlanta area in the summer of 2005, we had very little time to find a new home and were not familiar with the area at all. I and my family would like to thank Sussan and Remax for the excellent help we received in our home buying process. For a first time home buyer, it can be a very difficult experience; however with the backing of a good real estate agent and company, it can become a relatively smooth process, as it was for us. Not only did Sussan help us identify good homes to visit prior to selection, she also gave us a good idea of comparables in the area so that we could make an intelligent offer for the homes we liked. During the past twelve years, I have sold four homes.At first, I thought…. I can sell my home without an agent but after 45 days and absolutely no activity, I knew I need3ed help.
