Welcome to the Sugar Hill/Buford area of Gwinnett County. Waterbrooke Builders is proud to announce that they are building new homes in the Maplecliff Neighborhood. Maplecliff is nestled between the cities of Sugar Hill and Buford in North Gwinnett County. This area is well known for being community oriented, safe and friendly. Enjoy being very close to the fun of Lake Lanier, Award-winning schools, close to private schools and a short drive to both shopping at the Mall of Georgia as well as to I-85, I-985 and Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Grocery shopping, day care, the local Wal-Mart and either Home Depot or Lowes is just minutes away.

There is plenty of fun and entertainment close by. You can enjoy a night out at Sunset Cove or at the Buford Comedy House. There are several local taverns to catch up with friends or meet for drinks and dancing with live bands playing in several places. Just a short drive is the city of Suwanee with big events happening just about every weekend. The city of Sugar Hill has a senior center with a nice adjoining park area. There are several public boat ramps and beaches to enjoy as well as the water park.

It’s a very relaxed, convenient and well maintained area to live and play in. Come see for yourself.
