Inventory is dwindling in the Real Estate Market!

This is great news coupled with the fact that mortgage rates are so low! This is an excellent time to get into a new home. Builders are getting excited and are not able to keep inventory on the ground. Yes, that is correcta¦ and Holt Builders in Hoschton cana™t even get one finished before it is snapped up by an eager buyer at Ashbury Park and Stonewater Creek Subdivisions. The great news for you is that they are continually starting new homes; but they are going under contract almost as soon as they are started. Some are not even making it past framing. With all of this excitement, one would almost guess that price increases are around the corner.

Here is a list of the homes currently on the market at Ashbury Park:

Lot 4 The Darlington priced at $293,217. It is a 4 bedroom home on a basement. This home is in a cul-de-sac and framing should start soon! At this point, you can still pick your granite and cabinet colors.

Lot 9 The Jennings priced at $272,837. It is a 5 bedroom home with a backdrop of trees. This home should start framing soon.

Lot 98 The Thompson priced at $262,765. It is a 4 bedroom master on the main. The family room features an elegant wall of windows. The builder is waiting on a permit to get this one started.

Here is a list of homes currently available at Stonewater Creek:

Lot 4B The Herington priced at $383,439. It is a 5 bedroom home with all bedrooms upstairs. This one is in framing and sits on a basement. This one has mechanicals going in.

Lot 27B The Callaway priced at $347,245. It is a 5 bedroom home as well with a bonus room upstairs. This home is also being  built on a basement. The plumbing is going in right now.

Lot 140 The Brookhaven priced at $372,205. It is a 5 bedroom home with a bonus room and master on the main. This is the first time this plan has been built and it is awesome! It is framed and mechanicals are going in.

Lot 141 The Brookwood priced at $385,017. This is a 5 bedroom home on a basement with a very level backyard. It looks like a swimming pool would go nicely there! This home is framed.

Lot 149A The Norwich priced at $498,710. This is a 5 bedroom home with a bonus room upstairs being built on a basement. It has not started framing yet, so plenty of time to pick interior and exterior colors.

Inventory is down and these homes will not last long! We would love to walk you thru these framed homes to help  you select the one that is best for you and your family! We are open 7 days a week and are selling from the Stonewater Creek Clubhouse.
