Activity and savings abound at the Deerfield Green Townhome community in Milton, GA!

  • Bowen Family Homes’ luxurious brick townhome community in the City of Milton is alive with activity. We currently have 3 beautiful 3-story homes that are available for an immediate move-in. The Bellview is an end-unit with a wrap porch and is a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom plan. The Cumberland has a large master closet and french doors from the living room to the deck and includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The Glenwood is also a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom plan – where you would still have time to customize this home by picking your granite countertops, tile backsplash, hardwood flooring, carpet and bathroom tile. The City of Milton has several fun upcoming activities:

  • The 2nd Annual Milton Mayor’s Run will take off on October 16th at 8am. This 5K Peachtree Road Race Qualifier and 1K Fun Run will be take place on Deerfield Parkway from Highway 9 to Morris Road. The cost is $20 if you register before October 11th. Be sure to wave to us as you pass beautiful Deerfield Green!
  • The 4th Annual Milton Roundup will be held on October 23rd from noon to 6pm at the Birmingham United Methodist Church. The annual Milton Roundup is a celebration of the city. All residents of Milton, along with their family and friends are invited to enjoy the event. Attendees can eat local food, play games, listen to music, hop on rides or just spend the day enjoying the wonderful fall weather. Parking and admission are both free.
