Steve Taylor, REALTOR® and new homes specialist who has been part of the Tamra Wade Team since 2014, follows not just the golden but the Platinum Rule: “Treat others the way they want to be treated.”
Steve, who currently lives in Buford with his lovely wife and their 4 young children, was born and raised in Gwinnett County. “I am fortunate to be able to share my in-depth knowledge of the county, and of Gwinnett’s trends and developments with our clients,” says Steve, who attended Gainesville State University (now called North Georgia College & University) before entering Atlanta’s vibrant real estate market.
A specialist in new home construction sales, in particular along the northern and northeast arc of Atlanta, Steve enjoys working with a wide variety of homebuyers, from young professionals to growing families and active adults, as well as executives who are transferred to metro Atlanta.
“I’m proud to be part of a great team working both in the areas of new home sales as well as general real estate,” according to Steve, an active member of NAMAR who is also 830a tireless volunteer room leader in Gwinnett Church’s three-year olds’ classroom.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching and playing sports, and playing city building games on the computer – another example of Steve’s passion for real estate.
