From Downtown Monroe: Head north on North Broad Street toward West Highland Avenue. Turn right onto East Marable Street and keep left onto Gratis Road. After 1.5 miles, turn right onto Ike Stone Road. Franklin Estates will be 1.5 miles down on the right.
From Atlanta: Get on I-20 E from M.L.K. Jr Drive SE and Hill St SE. Follow I-20 E to GA-138 E/GA-20 E in Conyers for 24 miles then take exit 82 from I-20E. Get on US-78 E in Monroe for about 20 miles then follow James Huff Rd/Pipeline Line Rd and Gratis Rd to Ike Stone Rd. Turn left onto James Huff Rd/Pipeline Line Rd/Unisia Drive then after 1.5 miles, turn right onto Gratis Rd. Follow Gratis Rd for another mile then turn right onto Ike Stone Road and the homes will be on the right.
